AREA is a technical consulting, engineering and project-coordination office based in Lille. We help companies and private individuals carry out construction, renovation and energy-efficiency projects — with expertise, coordination and reliability.
Why AREA exists
Most construction projects don't fail because of bad contractors. They fail because no one is coordinating the whole: quotes that can't be compared, trades that wait on each other, standards discovered too late, and a client left alone to arbitrate it all.
AREA was created to be that missing link. We bring the methods of an engineering office — framing, consultation, analysis, coordination, control — to projects of every size, and we stand on the client's side from the first idea to the final handover.
