How we work
- Do you carry out the works yourselves?
- No. AREA is a consulting and coordination office. We select, coordinate and supervise qualified contractors on your behalf, so you benefit from fully independent expertise with no conflict of interest.
- What size of project do you handle?
- From a single-trade renovation to multi-trade commercial projects. Our method scales to the complexity of each project, for homeowners, businesses and investors alike.
- Who is my contact during the project?
- One single, accountable coordinator from start to finish. You never have to chase individual trades — that is our job.
- Can you help with energy-renovation grants?
- Yes. We guide you towards certified (RGE) contractors and help prepare the documents required for the financial aid available for your project.
Pricing & commitments
- How much does a first consultation cost?
- Nothing. The first conversation is free and without commitment. It lets us understand your project and lets you judge whether we are the right partner.
- How are your services charged?
- After the first exchange, we send a clear written proposal before any commitment: a fixed fee or a percentage of the works, depending on the scope of support you choose. You see every quote, every cost and every decision — no hidden margins.
- When do I pay?
- Only after you have accepted a written proposal that sets out the scope, the fee and the schedule. There are no surprise invoices along the way.
- How fast do you reply?
- Within two working days, guaranteed. Every message to contact@aera-france.one and every project submission receives a personal answer from our team.
Coverage & practicalities
- Which areas do you cover?
- We are based in Lille and support projects across the Hauts-de-France region. For larger projects, we can operate further afield — tell us where your project is and we will confirm.
- Do you work with private individuals or only companies?
- Both. Homeowners, businesses, investors and landlords all benefit from the same method and the same rigour.
- Can you take over a project that has already started?
- Yes. We regularly step in to restructure ongoing projects: reviewing quotes already received, re-sequencing trades and putting monitoring in place.
